What is intervision?sharing

Intervision is a type of supervision, in which a group of colleagues reflects on a question, which is important for their common cause. It is a place of learning, advancement and mutual support. There is no fixed authority or guidance in an intervention group – the roles are fluidly adopted by all participating members.

Intervision at our Association is intended for people who lead mindfulness courses. It is a place where they can share experiences and obstacles they face while teaching groups and individuals. The Association mediates at organisation of intervision groups, as it aims to connect people with similar interests, experience and areas of operation.
